The Watcombe sleeps up to 4 people with one double bed and a double sofa bed which you can make up in the lounge. The bedroom is on the ground floor and the lounge and kitchen are on the lower ground floor.

The Watcombe is one of our popular dog-friendly split-level duplex apartments. It is accessible from the main front entrance on the ground floor and includes access to a lovely shared courtyard and town view. This apartment features a reverse floor plan with the bedroom upstairs and main living space downstairs. This apartment sleeps up to 4 people with one double bed and one sofa bed. The space also includes a full kitchen, private en-suite bathroom, ample lounge, a dining table, and TV.

Our apartments are self-catering, but linens and towels are provided, along with some kitchen and bath products to get you started. We ask that you supply your own beach towels. No smoking is permitted.
This is a dog-friendly apartment, subject to fees, and shall be arranged prior to arrival.
Parking is on site, at the front of the building. There is one parking space available per apartment.
Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on site and accessible to our guests. Please bring your own detergent.
Be advised that there are a number of steps up to the property and within this split-level duplex apartment.
