The Goodrington is one of our cosy and comfortable studio apartments. It is accessible from the main front entrance on the ground floor and offers a lovely sea view with high ceilings and bay windows. This apartment sleeps up to 2 guests with one double bed. The light and airy space also includes a full kitchen, private en-suite bathroom, lounge chairs, a dining table, and TV.

The Paignton Promenade is being upgraded to include new sea defences, improved paving and seating areas, new landscaping and new kiosk areas which may slightly obscure some of the sea views. This is only temporary, and the end result projections look amazing.

Our apartments are self-catering, but linens and towels are provided, along with some kitchen and bath products to get you started. We ask that you supply your own beach towels. No smoking is permitted.
This apartment is not pet friendly, but we are happy to adjust your reservation to a pet-friendly room, subject to availability, if you require pet accommodation.
Parking is on site, at the front of the building. There is one parking space available per apartment.
Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on site and accessible to our guests. Please bring your own detergent.
Be advised that there are a number of steps up to the property with no lift access.
