Fiveway Apartments

Pet Policy
Effective June 2026
RSAAS Lets Ltd trading as Fiveway Apartments (“Fiveway Apartments”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is pleased to welcome up to two dogs in select apartments such as the Meadfoot, Watcombe, and Broadsands Cottage, subject to payment of the applicable pet fee and compliance with the following conditions.
Pet Fee
A pet fee of £10 per night applies for up to two dogs. This fee is charged per stay night and is not charged per dog.
Guest Responsibilities
To ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain our accommodation to a high standard, guests staying with dogs agree to the following:
Cleanliness
Guests must clean up after their dogs both inside and outside the property.
The accommodation must be returned in substantially the same condition as it was found at check-in.
Wet Dogs
Dogs should be thoroughly dried before entering the apartment or cottage after walks or outdoor activities.
Guests must provide their own dog towels for this purpose.
Towels and bed linen provided by Fiveway Apartments are for human use only and must not be used for pets.
Furniture Restrictions
Dogs are not permitted on any furniture, including sofas, chairs, beds, or other soft furnishings.
Unattended Dogs
Dogs must not be left unattended in the accommodation unless securely confined within a suitable crate.
Crates are not provided by Fiveway Apartments and must be supplied by guests if required.
Noise Control
Guests must take all reasonable steps to minimise barking and other excessive noise to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of other guests and neighbouring residents.
Damage Prevention
Guests are responsible for preventing damage caused by their dogs, including but not limited to chewing, scratching, staining, fouling, or other destructive behaviour.
Any damage to the accommodation, furnishings, fixtures, fittings, exterior areas, or contents may result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges.

Reporting Damage or Soiling
Guests must promptly notify Fiveway Apartments staff of any accidental damage, staining, or carpet/furniture soiling during their stay.
Early notification assists us in applying the most effective cleaning and maintenance measures and helps us maintain the property to a high standard.
Liability
Guests are fully responsible for the actions of their dogs during their stay and agree to reimburse Fiveway Apartments for any loss, damage, repair costs, replacement costs, or additional cleaning expenses arising from their pets.
