Apartment amenities include ironing board, iron and clothes airer for your convenience, whether attending work or leisure.

We offer short-term holiday lets from 2 nights, right up to longer stays of up to 3 months, although this is dependant on regulations at the time. Short stays are easily bookable via our online booking calendar, however for longer stays it’s best to enquire as prices are based on length of stay. Yes, we’re proud to be able to provide a free on-site parking space per apartment (and 2 spaces for the cottage), which is surprisingly rare for the local area where parking is like gold-dust. Our private car park is opposite the building, just steps from the front door.
You could, but the online booking calendar is designed for short-term holiday lets and is linked to other booking platforms, so the prices and options aren’t reflective of our medium and long term stays. By submitting an enquiry, we can provide a quote based on your length of stay, with much better rates than normal holiday lets.
Our cottage, Broadsands, is located separately at the rear of the apartments and is accessed from the residential road behind the Esplanade Road apartments. It’s very popular for longer stays as it has a drive with space for 2 cars, a small private courtyard, 2 upstairs bedrooms and full kitchen, bathroom and lounge downstairs. As with the apartments, it’s bookable by enquiry and ideal for short breaks or long stays.
We do have select apartments and the cottage which allow pets and are pet friendly due to having more space and an outdoor courtyard area. Certain apartments don’t allow pets to cater for guests who might have allergies. Feel free to view the apartments for more details and enquire with us for availability.

It can be, and is entirely optional depending on your needs. Our stellar cleaning service which maintains our apartments/cottage for short-term stays is available either on a schedule or ad-hoc basis, for a small supplementary fee.
Otherwise, you’re free to completely self-service as you would at home and have all the facilities on-site you might need.
